Due to the fact that we're an approved bio-workshop since 1991, are products are of the best quality.
The fruits are collected and mashed in late summer. Various schnapps types are created. A part is used for marmalade. (Prune, Plum, Currant, Josta, Blueberry, Cranberry, Apricot) or for compote.
It takes an expenditure of time to process the milk. From it, we make butter, butter milk, fresh cheese, oil cheese, curd and cream.
